The only reason I bought parts for my Dewalt grinder is because they said it was in stock on the website. The next day I got a email saying that the parts are back ordered. Ordered my parts on October 18,2021. Received my parts in January 28,2022.

I was very much impressed that not only did I get a replacement part for an obsolete piece of equipment, but the part's electronics were upgraded providing improved performance. Also, detailed instructions were included for a smooth installation for the modified part. The purchase saved our treadmill from a certain future in the junk yard!

I needed a new work light for my Dewalt miter saw. I ordered the part from E replacement parts and the process went quick and smoothly.

I purchased a part that based on the discrption should have been the correct part when we received it unfortunately was not the correct part when I asked for a RMA I did receive it and at the same time ordered the correct part. When I went to return part with the RMA info I was told by UPS that shipping back in the same box that it was received it I would be charged over 50.00 for their cheapest rate that the company would not pay for return shipment regardless that I bought the replacement item from them. I will not ever be a return customer and warn anyone that they have a very unreasonable return policy after all they did not charge 50.00 for shipping. Unfortunately have to give one star or I can not leave a review

I moved and had packed my Nespresso in the original box and packing material. When I arrived and set it up, I had water leaking from the machine and it would not make coffee. Using the internet, I quickly found how to take off the side panels, once there I watched as I ran the machine another time and could see the water flowing out one of the high-pressure pieces. I found the piece on eReplacementParts.com and ordered it, just a hint, if they suggest some extra parts, grab them as I did until I took it apart, I was unaware there were some rubber O rings, I am glad I ordered the part as it would have worked but why not use new! I used regular shipping and still got the part in 4 days from the day of order. Presto, no need to purchase a new machine, back up and running!

I waited almost 2 months for the replacement slow cooker insert only to open the box to find it shattered into multiple pieces.

The friction wheel on my snow thrower wore out making the unit inoperable. This occurred during the coldest months of a Fairbanks Alaska winter.
