I bought a small part for a Ryobi circular saw. I bought the part based on the diagram but chose the wrong part. They sent me the part I ordered very quickly, and it was not their fault the part was the wrong one. But when I emailed them to find out if I could return it, I didn't get a reply from them. Would have given them 5 stars if they'd responded promptly.

Ordered some replacement parts that were wore out for my pole saw attachment. Everything I ordered was the exact match to the wore parts. It now performs as a new one!

I bought a Bladder Assembly for the Bissel ProHeatPet carpet cleaner. When I received it, I found that it did not fit the model that I had. Your customer service checked and could not find the right one. I was given a return authorization and the number for Bissell. Bissell has helped and I have the right part on the way.
At the bottom of my order form you said, "We're here to help" and you gave the hours and phone number to call. You are true to your word. Most of the time, one would hear "I can't help you. Here is your Return auth number."

EReplacementParts was the suggested part distributor by the Crockpot brand website. I found the replacement lid I needed relatively easily, though it was backordered (like everything else these days). The eReplacementParts folks made it clear on the product page that it was backordered, and provided status updates when it was available and again when it shipped. Overall it was a good experience and I would happily order from their site again.

Replacement parts had the parts I needed on hand at a good price and delivered them in a timely manner. I was in the middle of a project and needed them to finish it on time. They even add had a brief description of how to make the repair. It wasn't as easy as it sounded however, taking over an hour to get everything lined up perfectly to slide the sprockets and chain on the roller shafts. But in the end, they slid right on. Will definitely be looking at them again when the need arises.

On my Penn 450ssg reel my shaft bent. After looking all over the place I found this site. I found the shaft and ordered. I received it in 3 days and using the reel again on the water. GREAT JOB you all at ereplacementparts. You have no become my goto place for any parts I need.

Usually have good luck with ereplacement with the exception of this time. Ordered a air compressor regulator replacement part which has a plastic adjustment cap that sticks out. Was packaged in a plastic bag and then in a shipping bag. Arrived with the adjuster knob busted to pieces. Seriously!? Why would you package something with breakable parts that stick out and put in a bag for shipping rather than a small box!? Didn't call to complain because I used the adjuster knob from my old one since I need the compressor. If it would have been something much needed I would have been soooo upset. Please package items properly for shipment! Would have had a five star rating had you done better with packaging!

Have ordered parts within the past six months for both my oven and snow blower. Parts were shipped and delivered as stated and fit exactly as shown. Only issue was quick turn around time for returns which I failed to recognize for oven element. Unfortunately was unable to return that part.
