I first received the wrong part for my blender; seems I gave the correct model number but human error took over! But when I called to resolve the issue it was handled without any problems. Super Service!

Finding my parts was easy with the diagrams offered. Prices and shipping rates were competitive even with Amazon Prime.

So often a " replacement part" ends up to be a part that, without major modification, can't be used. Not with this Co. The part is really a replacement!

First time buying from here and once I place my order there was one item that was in back order. I spoke to wonderful lady that when above and beyond to expedite my order and not wait until the back order was available. They were not mechanical or automatic they really think outside the box for there customers.

The replacement cord was an exact duplicate. Shipping was fast. Will definitely recommend and order again from them.

Nutone fan replacement parts were easy to find. Just make sure you get the model number from your fan that needs the part and enter it into search bar.

My compressor experienced a belt failure. I bought a cheap aftermarket replacement belt from another site and experienced another belt failure soon after. I then purchased a genuine belt here and have had very good success so far. Lesson learned what you pay for is what you get. Very happy with the quality so far and have probably 25 hours of use on this belt so far.

Needed parts for an older lathe. Manufacturer diagrams were incomplete. These folks worked with me. Parts arrived as promised. They accepted the extras I order and returned. NO hassle. Great service.
