Ordered a replacement carafe for a Cuisinart coffeemaker. It arrived quicker than expected, and even though it was only a $30 item, they packaged it extremely well. Very happy with the purchase!
I used the model number to order the 2 items needed and they were to big. Between the cost of the items and the restock fee it wasn't worth sending them back
The part did not look like the one I had, but worked fine in my chain saw. It would not work with out it, to hold the cover on the blade & sprocket.

I have an 11 year old Napoleon 450RB gas grill who's insides were showing their age. As an expensive grill to start I was not going to put it on the tree belt as the frame, firebox and lid were solid as day one. I ordered a new burner set, igniter and drip pan which arrived in short order. Easy to install but there were diagrams on the site. After install it is performing like a new grill but for $250 bucks not $1200+! It was nice ereplacementparts asked for feedback on the install and I sent back the step by step process I used and it is published now for less mechanically inclined owners on the site with the parts I ordered. Great service all around!

I had a hard time finding a whip replacement for my mixer. Finally I thought I could get it from this site I called and placed the order. After waiting for a month I received the order and it was the wrong part. Now during the coronavirus scare it's not worth my time to go ship this thing back and pay over five dollars to ship it.

I needed new cooking grates for my 7 year old Charbroil grill. The model number was obscured so I contacted Charbroil for help. I sent them 5 photos three different times, spent over an hour on the phone with them over a three week period and they still didn't help me. My wife found eReplacement and suggested I give them a call. In less than a minute their customer service person identified the correct part and took my order. A couple days later the part arrived. I'm keeping their contact information with my grill for future replacement parts.

Twp weeks latter still waiting for parts that I was told at time of purchasing were in stock. I'm not sure about any further business dwaling after this ordeal. I know everyone is dealing with this virus. But my ordeal started before there was an issue

Love the onsite help and diagrams. Made finding my parts a lot easier. My only complaint was slow shipping. Ereplacement shipped out quick enough but it took a week and a half to get from Texas to Oklahoma via usps.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
Answer: Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts. Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.
Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
