Good parts good price and shipped quickly. But shipping cost to high for weight of the items. O rings and the parts diagram were hard to read.

My replacement parts to my Charbroil IR Grill arrived on time as ordered. The igniter module worked first time. I didn't even have to replace the button. The heating pans fit like the originals. Now we'll see how long they last. The originals lasted 8 years of light use.

You advertise same day shipping on your web page, but you have always taken 1 to 2 weeks before you have shipped anything I have ordered from you. In todays world that is ridiculous and frustrating when you need a part.

I was given a variable speed Jet 1442 with everything working, but the speed control was missing parts to the point is was inoperatble.
