Switch arrived on time. Thanks. Oh... I don't really have a 100 characters to say about something they made effortless for us. They found the right switch, provided instructions on its installation, sent it to our mailbox and we put it in. It was that simple.
I've been buying replacement parts for my 2015 Cub Cadet, 2003 Craftsman Lawn Tractor, Poulan Weedeater and 2006 Troybilt self propelled mower from eReplacementParts for years now, and their customer service, replacement parts and shipping services are top notch. Just type in your machine's model number and you can view diagrams of the machine's parts and find the correct ones. Most of the time, parts are less expensive than other avenues, plus they give 10% discounts occasionally, and also on your birth month after you register for an account. Easy to deal with, I will always be a customer!
Part worked and was easy to install. I had help looking for the right part from an expert, so not sure If I would have been able to find it on my own, but it came within the week and I had no problems with the tool once I replaced the part.
I ordered a lawn mower blade during the Coronavirus and figured it would be a while before it came but they were very prompt at getting it in the mail.

Please send me a return label to return part. I have not been able to print the return slip. I have waiting over a week for you to send me one so I can return this part. I need the first part returned to you. I went elsewere to get the right part. Your people won't answer the phone so I can talk to you.
Exact oem replacement - the door works like new. The hardest part was removing and replacing the 20 some odd screws in order to replace the spring. Fast turn around time and the spring was 100% as described.
Been looking hard for this part that I needed could not get ahold of manufacturer stumbled on this site gave it a try and and worked out great parts came in and fit the way it should. Not looking forward to things breaking but if they do I will be using this company again

It was so easy to find the exact part for our old Braun Citromatic. And the shipping was so fast too!
Items purchased were supposed to be original equipment but didn't fit properly. Original would have fit correctly. Will return items.
From the ordering process to the delivery it was very easy process. The order took a little longer to get because one of the items was on back order. But when I called they suggested taking it off so I could get the rest of the order and that went very easy. Will order again from them because they are thoughtful and very helpful.

I installed the new head valve in my old craftsman nailler. It fit perfect. Nailler works like new. Much cheaper than purchasing a new nailler.

I broke my decanter while cleaning it. I couldn't find a replacement anywhere. EReplacementParts had the correct replacement, it was easy to find via their store, and it arrived quickly.
I went looking for a parts breakdown for my 30+ year old brad nailer so I could try and figure how it works and how to fix it. Google directed me to this site and I found they not only had the breakdown but if you look up the symptoms you are experiencing they suggest a part along with a percentage of the time that part fixes the problem. The suggested part had a 99% fix rate, so I ordered it.
Part came in quickly and was what I ordered. When I looked at it though it seemed there was no difference in condition between the old part and the new. Just the color of the plastic. And I realized there was an "O" ring I probably should have ordered. I didn't see how the identical looking part could fix it, but I removed the old ring from the original part, put in on the new part and re-assembled the gun.
To my surprise it worked.
Excellent source of information, part wes reasonably priced (actually the shipping was more than the item). Very satisfied that I fixed the nailer for under $10 instead of having to buy a new one.
