This is the second time I ordered these particular parts but they work very well... what more can you say
I needed to order 3 parts for a mower. One piece was ready immediately and 2 on order. A second part came in within a week. I requested shipping on what was available and got the 2 parts. The third part had to be manufactured and that took a while.The company was great about keeping in touch with any progress. Eventually the part came in as needed and was shipped right away. Great communication from the company. Highly recommended.
Our coffee machine broke when the whole pandemic was starting. Not a good time to be without coffee. Fortunately we were able to order a replacement part for our Espresso machine and have it overnighted without any delay.

I needed two parts for an older model of Sears drill press. Sears no longer provided them and without them I might as well throw away the entire drill press. I was referred to eReplacement Parts. The agent immediately was able to find the equivalents of the parts I needed. I received the replacement parts in about two weeks. They fit perfectly and I am now using my drill press once more. I am very happy with the service I received.
I think these parts work better in my opinion but others might have different opinions so I am just going to say that if I need something I would probably buy it from here.

It was the right part, on time. It worked perfectly. The cord on my Dewalt drill had a broken wire. I was able to find the part number using the diagram on the ereplacement web site. I ordered the part. It arrived on the first day of their projected delivery dates. I installed it with ease. The drill works again.
Needed a plastic brush holder cap for a Porter-Cable router. Checked a few possible sources, discontinued part. Can't be possible. I think, as they are still selling the same model router and have been for years. Finally remembered eReplacement, ( remember I'm getting up in age too) and entered the tool model and type and up pops a screen picturing the exact part. Ordered two, as I had not checked the other side, but only one was broken. Put the extra away for the time I may need it. Now if I could only remember where ! ! ! !???
