I was looking for some parts and asked a question. I received a quick response, but in the end it wasn't super helpful, unfortunately. I decided to take the plunge anyway, as I needed these parts to get an essential tool in my shop running. The order stated a 1 to 2 week lead time. After 2 weeks I still hadn't heard back and when I sent a message, I again received a quick response, but it turned out that one of the items was discontinued. I don't know why I wasn't told this immediately, but the handling was quick and correct (the item was, with my consent, taken from the order and I was refunded the cost). I opted to have the order sent through USPS (the cheapest option, but still way more expensive than the actual parts in the order) which would take 1 to 3 weeks according to the option and I received a tracking number, but it took a couple of days and another email from me to get to see updates on the shipment. The shipment is now out of USPS territory and supposedly somewhere in my country, but I haven't received ANY updates on its status for days now. This might be due to delays to the weird times we live in (Corona virus shutdowns, etc.), but I still hope that the order will arrive soon, as I need that tool operational.

I can usually find what need from ereplacement parts at a very reasonable price. It has always been quick to order and quick to receive. I have been very lucky with my equipment since they last a very long time. The problem with this is sometimes when I need something, if ereplacement parts doesn't have it, no one does.

I needed to replace a part on my Cuisinart food processor. I called the toll-free number and actually got a human being. She was incredibly patient and helpful in guiding me towards the right replacement part. It was a seamless transaction and my order arrived within a few days. The part that I received was an exact replacement with the exception of the plastic that had failed. In the new part, the plastic section that had failed was made from metal and should last a long time.

This web site had pretty much everything you need for your Shop Vac brand shop vacuum. The only draw back was my own in that looking at a parts log for the vacuum it was difficult to determine which castor foot I needed. I thought I ordered the right one as the other is now unavailable altogether. Unfortunately it wasn't. However, some time and a dremel tool fixed that and I was able to make it work. Best thing is, their shipping was huge fast!

My order was on back order for about 6 months and they didn't know when it was going to be available. After waiting this long, I decided to cancel the order. Wouldn't you know that the day after I reached out to cancel the order, they said they couldn't cancel it because it had already shipped. Flat out lie - they shipped it after I asked to cancel it and the mail dates prove that, and their correspondence with me proves it as well. Also, I find it hard to believe that after waiting that long, the part miraculously was ready to go the day after I emailed. Now I have to return it, because I ended up getting the part quicker from a different source, and returning it is a pain with everything that's going on right now in upstate NY.

So, not a happy customer at all. You just made an already frustrating ordeal that much more frustrating. And you lied.

I ordered two trays for my Black & Decker toaster oven and received two blender pitchers. They were in their original plastic bags and their labels even stated they were the drip trays for the toaster oven. Honestly, I don't understand how that mistake happens other than the person placing the sticker on the bag or the person placing the bag on the part in the warehouse doesn't read English. If that is the case, they probably have hundreds of likely returns. Personally, there is not any valid excuse, but I got charged for the return postage anyway. I am afraid to reorder the part again.

Sent me the wrong part. You said that you would send the right part. Have not received it. Received the wrong part on March 27,2020. If you will send me a return sticker as you said you would. I'll will return the incorrect part. I would like to the right part. If that can't happen then you can reimburse my card. I would like to have the right part. That is the one that plugs into the cooler and into the wall socket in the house. I have tried to call several times and I am trying today. Thank you very much.
