Tried to cancel this order a number of times... Sent u a email doing so a number of times. Still received a order that I didn't need.
There products were fine. It was slow but that is understandable because of the COVID-19, I was a little disappointed in the packaging of the parts. I thought there should have been more newspaper or something. Unfortunately I will order parts from them again sometime, I have an old mower. They are OK.

I needed a replacement bolt for a battery chain saw. I tried local hardware stores, but none fit perfectly. I came here to eReplacementParts and, though the saw's diagram wasn't perfect, I was able to figure out the correct bolt I needed.
When the bolt arrived (got 2 so I'd have a spare), I found that it fit perfectly! Problem solved!

I located a replacement part on eReplacementParts, a part that is no longer available through the manufacturer or their suppliers. Replacing the front loading washing machine would have cost over $1,000. The computer board part cost substantially less and I installed it myself with no issues. The machine operates as it should now. The replacement part was delivered in 5 days. My first experience with eReplacementParts was a great one.
Ordered repair parts and after getting parts. Repaired tractor with the new parts, but my problem is still not solved. Seems I still have an electrical issue somewhere in the wiring system. Only part I didn't replace was the brake switch, I thought I got a good reading on my multimeter. But must not have, so that is my next move to put the new brake switch on that I'd ordered. If that doesn't do the job, then I'll have to take it to a repair shop :(

It took you over 3 weeks to ship one nut for a lawn mower blade, not very happy with your service! After ten days I drove to the nearest dealer and he had the nut in stock for the same price!
We purchased a power adaptor for our drill from your website. According to the search performed the adaptor we picked out was supposed to be compatible with our drill. It didn't fit. Didn't return because it was only $15.00
This bag does not fit my push lawnmower. I would like to return it.

I received my part more quickly than I expected since a lot of places were closed because of the quarantine. It is exactly what I wanted.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
