Ordered gas grill grates (set of 3 grates). I got package with only one grate of the three. Emailed eReplacementParts and have not received answer. Tried calling 5 different customer service phone numbers. All had same recording advising returning part at my expense. They simply are not communicating with their customers. Do not order anything from this company!
I love this place. I have repaired so much with their help. They are prompt and I have always received my stuff accurately. One switch that was defective was replaced pronto, no shipping. Been shopping here for years, and will continue. The exploded drawings are very helpful with part numbers.
What I ordered was just fine and works well. The only problem is that I received and billed for two rather than one item. I will ship one back to the company and requesting credit from my Credit Card Company.
It was easy to order and even with covid, we received it within only a few days. Works great. After having my wife try to sew the old bag a few times, and using duct tape to tape it a few times, it was a pleasure to get this new one and be confident it's going to work well. And it does.
Part was ordered May 7,2020. FexEx received it May 13 - unable to track item through your company or FedEx
Through the computer or by phone even though it showed item in Utah for a long period of time. Tracking worked on the day of delivery May 21 showing some time in Ohio. Can't understand why it took 2 weeks plus to get item that was in stock, Very happy with item,
I could not find the right lawn mower online so I called them and they did everything they could and they found the right part I am extremely happy with them. I received the right part fast and got it installed it was great I will definitely do business with them again.
I ordered a mulch blade for my craftsman blower/vac. The hole in the mulch blade I received was bigger than the original one and just rotated around the shaft. The hole has a flat spot on it to prevent blade from rotating but since hole was too big it just spun in a circle. Useless. This part is not manufactured properly. Do not waste your time.

Blew the top part off; first time I started power washer.
The original part lasted over 25 years before it started " peeing water" out the top.
I have questions about re-installing. Seems like the right cable, but how do I make up the ends to fit my dremel tool.
No instructions were sent and I can't seem to find it on the net. These cables are worthless to me unless I can find some kind of instruction for this..
They were very helpful and courteous in helping find the part for my chainsaw. Shipping was very fast. Prices are reasonable will definitely be going back to them for my parts.
I GOT THE WRONG PART, BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO GET IT REMEDIED BY PHONE OR EMAIL OSTENSIBLY DUE TO COVID. OTHER INTERACTIONS VERY GOOD, PROMPTAND QUALITY WAS GOOD.
My part never arrived, though the tracking says it was delivered. I still can't use my vacuum for lack of a belt. I called the service line for help, but they have an automatic message saying something like, "Due to the coronavirus... no one to take the call. Bye." I sent an email to their customer service and received an automatic reply, "Due to the..."
Nothing else. No response of any kind from them. Still can't use my vacuum. VERY frustrating.

I would NOT place an order with them. Upon placing my order for two hex nuts for my chain saw, the site says there may be a delay of 5 to 7 days. I received my hex nuts almost one month from placing and paying for my order.
Maybe it is due to the pandemic but 5 to 7 should not translate into an almost three week delay. Find some place else to place an order.
Purchased a new Milwaukee angle grinder that did not come with an adapter for flat cutting blades. Was able to get correct part from eReplacementParts with no issue. Arrived in short period of time. Will be happy to purchase again in future.
I don't recommend. Took a long time to process order and when I finally got the parts they were a mismatched set. No answer from customer service
Everything matched perfectly. Much appreciated. All parts arrived on time and were of OE quality. Suggested this company to my Son in Law for Honda parts and he rebuilt his tiller.! Not bad for a math teacher.;-).
Part was received correct and exactly when expected. Excellent communication! They kept me informed.
Site easy to use. Price was good. Easy repair, replacement. Took a bit longer to receive part than I thought, as ordered 20 May, didn't receive it until 1 Jun.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
