Love the grates but it is really too bad you do not offer products made in the USA! Hates having to wait 3 months for my order to arrive from CHINA!
The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable and will take the time to find the right parts for the unit you are looking to repair. They have always been very courteous and helpfull and stay on the line until you have the right parts and will follow up with and e mail with the parts that were ordered and tracking information so will know when to expect the arrival to your home.
E had the cord I needed for an old Milwaukee saw. Ordering was easy and it shipped in 24. In less than a week it came in the mail to my door. The tiny ring connectors made replacement as easy as possible. I would order again in a heartbeat.
Ordered this part from e-bay and got the wrong one, Tried e R, Parts and did get the correct one but waited a month or more to get it. I would use the site for "hard to find" parts that you can wait a while for, other than that- dig around.
I lost a part for my food processor and hadn't been able to use it for ever. A friend suggested that I look online and see if I couldn't order a replacement part. Low and behold I found you all. When trying to bring back to life a dormant out-of-production B&D weed wacker, I found the charger stored with it was not the correct fit. Research on eReplacement Parts yielded the correct version to work with my old tool. The price was right and the shipping costs were reasonable. It came quicker than anticipated and works great. I realize this is a minor purchase, but it speaks well of the company. I definitely recommend them.
I ordered what I thought was the replacement hex nuts for the chain cover on a small Homelite chainsaw. I had tried to get the replacement locally, but nothing actually looked like the original. I ordered the part by the number on the parts list on your website. 2 1/2 months (!) later, you sent me two ordinary 7/16 hex nuts that did not look like the ones that I had, charged me $3.99 each plus $5.95 shipping, for a total of $14.91. I was able to get the same two nuts at Home Depot for $. 27 each. Someone in your company did not do their job and was allowed to totally rip me off. I decided not to pay to have them sent back to you! But you will never hear from me again! And if anyone asks me about your company, I will tell them this story.
Waited several months for part, then notified that it had been shipped without a chance to cancel. Had received the part from another vendor who filled it in 7 days.
Everything worked just right and the shipment came two days earlier than predicted. Couldn't be better.

When an order is placed I generally expect to have it shipped that day or the next day, but this was not the case.
I paid extra to have it ground shipped (Estimated 3 Days) but that does no good if the merchandise is shipped in a manor that is equal to the shipping selected.
Replacement works great, it is very easy to install. I took it out the box and put it on it fit perfectly. Fast shipping as well

Original order placed with 4 day shipping & returned bc carrier took to wrong address. I called and waited on hold for 30 minutes before reaching someone. The associate reordered the items and assisted me I would have it in 4 days. I offered to pay next day because I really need the part. It was not available bc I was ordering Saturday. The part never showed up & when I called after day 6 to check on it, I was told it would ship two weeks later. I have heard only great stories from my mechanic so I tried ordering myself, the parts may work fine but the service I received was not very good.
Terrible experience. Placed the order on Apr 28, multiple calls. Excuses ranged from - the virus, your order is in the warehouse, two parts are missing but on order. Parts are in stock and your order is waiting to be shipped, called again the same two screws were out of stock. By the first of June my chipper was running. The primary issue is I had to reach out to this company, They did not reach out to me. By the way, the wo screws that were missing, I called MTD and they shipped them in less than ten days.
I was pleased with the overall process of ordering and receiving the parts I ordered. The parts were exactly what I ordered, I was able to repair the trimmer. I was informed of the shipping status and the delay was respected.
