It took almost 3 months to get my part and when it did come, it was not the part I ordered. I will not be using this company again.
I ordered 3 parts from these folks. Only one arrived but billed for all three parts. They are not answering their customer service phone and have not responded to at least 7 emails requesting more info on these parts. I would really like to get these baffles to repair my equipment!
Ordered part for lawn mower, received it promply, fit perfect. Great service, Fast delivery. What else is there. My opinion, SUPER COMPANY. C. W.
EReplacement parts is my go-to site for repairing mowers, trimmers, power tools, appliances. I've saved tons of money repairing things as opposed to replacing them. The parts diagrams are excellent, and so is their customer service.
We needed a replacement fan and light fixture that was about 10 years old. It was for our finished basement and I dreaded installing a brand new one. Luckily we found eReplacementParts because it made the job extremely easy. The parts were so easy to find and order on the website. They communicated with us about shipping and kept us in the loop the entire time. Once the parts arrived they were exactly what we needed. Able to switch out the parts in under 15 minutes. I would highly recommend eReplacementParts to anyone.
On my first part the screw hole was centered and the bolt would not go in. I was sent a replacement part and it worked great except the bolt had to be perfectly centered or it would not go in. Knowing that up front would have helped. Very good customer service.
Shipping cost to high almost matches the cost of item ordered. Was satisfied with the quality of part I ordered.
I got a light fixture for an older hunter ceiling fan from this company, which you cant find anywhere and the fan has been discontinued. It was very easy to install and it worked as good or better than the original. Extremely pleased. I will order any parts that I need from them. You should too.
After dad died I got all the tools in his shop. I had started too set them up in my new shop I replaced the power cord in his module 2012 makati planner then life happened and it set in the shop attic a few years till I needed one for a project. So I got it down plugged it in and the drive belt broke so back to eparts and they had the belt and in about a week it's back to running like new thanks dad and eparts.
I dropped my 20v Dewalt saw one too many times and the casing bent and the saw was out of alignment. I found replacement parts and sure enough they had the part I needed. It came quickly and my saw is as good as new. I'll use them again for sure.
Be very careful that you don't get signed up for a membership if you don't want that. The instructions I was given when I used the service was that I was paying for a one time service. I did not receive the email which they said they sent telling me that if I didn't decline I would be charge a monthly fee. The monthly charges came with different descriptions so I was slow in identifying the source. I feel I was taken advantage of. The response I got when I called the company was basically "too bad, so sad... sucker"

Order # ******* was ordered on June 22nd. As of July 7th I have not received my order. In looking at Tracking Number **************653 in fed ex, there was a delivery exception that I am confused about and cannot contact a real person to resolve the issue with fed ex or ereplacementparts. I will have to submit a fradulent charge for the amount that I have already been charged.

My Ryobi had a problem. It would not lock the its in place. I thought the spring and parts could be replaced so that I can use the unit. But I could not get the inside of the grey metal shank to replace the parts. So bottom line, the parts were not useful for me. Thank you.
This company is the best, always quality parts available to you I appreciate that. Always great follow-up to make sure you are satisfied you cannot ask for any better than that.
I ordered a replacement outlet tube for my pressure washer. The original one was stripped. The part came on time and the directions on the website was great. It was very easy to change and I was back up and working. The total cost of the repair was a lot less than the cost of having the repair shop look at the machine.
The part I ordered was a direct replacement for a broken part on my saw. The part sent to me was an exact fit. The replacement part works perfectly.
My only complaint is the time it took, from the mailing label creation, to the actual mailing time, 5 days.
I ordered 2 replacement pads for my Dewalt random orbit sander on I think a Thursday and figured the would not be shipped until Monday at the soonest and to my surprise they were shipped on Friday and I got them on Tuesday which was great as I needed them for a project and was able to complete the sanding and didn't have to wait much to do it.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
