A critical piece to one of my small appliances went missing and I wasn't able to use it anymore. I found what I thought was the part at ereplacementparts and ordered it, and when it showed up it was the exact right part. It was a little slow in arriving, but I can't blame the company because it was smack in the middle of the new covid pandemic that erupted worldwide.

I have a grill that is in decent condition but required a new burner assembly. After scouring the internet for this part eReplacement Parts was the only place that had it. The price was reasonable and they beat their estimated delivery date by almost 2 weeks. Couldn't be happier, grill is working great!

I got the wrong part. Totally my fault, I did a quick search on another site, found the part number and ordered it off of eReplacement. Dumb. Sad about my mistake I looked at the parts list on eReplacement and found the correct part. The exchange was quick and painless. Next time I'll slow down. Thanks for the quick turn around time.

I've used businesses like this for many years to get parts for my appliances and this is the first time it ended badly. I ordered a thermometer replacement for my grill. The part has a large glass face. Placing the order was easy and the part arrived quickly. However, it was packaged in a thin flat bubble pack and the glass was completely shattered. I called customer support to ask for guidance but was told by automated response that due to Covid there was no live support, use email instead. That's understandable. So I emailed. But no response after several days. I started the return process and even though I entered "Damaged, outer package intact", the process was still to issue and RMA to send it pack. Well, OK, you really want a broken part back? BUT, the kicker is that I have to pay to send it back! That's not right. I would just chalk it up as a one time bad experience where maybe someone new chose the wrong packaging and try again but with NO COMMUNICATION there is no guarantee the same thing won't happen again. EReplacements, COMMUNICATE PLEASE!

Received the transmission for my Lawn Boy Model ******* in record time. Installed it as soon as I could and tried it out. Bad news... after about two hours of use it started doing similar things that my old transmission was doing before it completely stopped working. The left wheel would lock-up when pulled in reverse. Then it developed a jerky pattern, but only on occasion. A few days later I used the mower again. It was getting worse and after about another hour it completely stopped working.
My only conclusion is that it was defective from the box. Requested an RMA number and will be returning for a refund as soon as possible, and then pursuing a local small engine shop for repair.
Still not disappointed with eReplacement.com. They are quick and have almost any part you need.

Incompetant staff

Individual trying to help me buy a dust collector for my DeWalt 20V planer sold me a dust collector for a circular saw. I am in the process of buying an adapter from another company. Very frustrated as I needed the dust collector this past week end to work on doors. I don't recommend this company if all their staff is incompetant.

I had to replace the head on my Ryobi trimmer, which was available at Home Depot where I bought the trimmer. When I got into the replacement, I found I needed to replace the lower shaft cable as well. This is not a "big box store" part, so I went to the manufacturer site and looked at price and availability. Then I checked eReplacementParts, with whom I have done business before. They listed the lower shaft cable in stock at a reasonable price and delivery time, with the caveat that due to present conditions it might take longer. So I ordered it. I received the part, which was not only the cable but the entire lower shaft for less money than the dealer site wanted for just the cable AND it was a Ryobi part. In addition, the part came a day earlier than the shipping time estimate when I ordered. I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with eReplacementParts and will continue to do business with them first when I need parts.

We recently purchased a Briggs&Stratton generator for our home from a big-box retailer. Everything was fine until we noticed they didn't carry the replacement parts or other items that would be needed in the future. A quick search and we found eReplacementsParts. Ordering was easy and the prices reasonable.
The email notifications of shipping and order status were perfect. During this COVID-19 pandemic, it can be frustrating to figure out what the status of an order is. They sent reminders and updates regularly. Even one when the items were shipped.
Excellent service and selection.

The ordering process, in which I spoke with a pleasant representative who helped me identify the correct part, was the only good aspect of this experience. Delivery was very slow, which is forgivable these days. When the package finally arrived, via USPS, I didn't even have to open the box, to know something was very wrong. The sound of broken ceramic from inside told the story. My order, a replacement stoneware pot for my Crock Pot, was wrapped in a single sheet of the thinnest bubble wrap, which was loose, not having been fastened with tape. There were a couple of wads of brown paper, and a whole lot of space for the part to get knocked around. The stoneware was in dozens of broken pieces. I took photos, and submitted my RMA, after attempting to call customer service to explore my options. The box was mailed back the next day.

EReplacement Parts was able to get me the correct fit cable for my 29 yr. Old craftsman Mower. It did take a little while but when I called, I was able to speak with a person who assured that if I didn't want to wait it out, I could get a full refund for what was charged to my Credit card at any time! It all worked out and my experience with them was very good. A reputable business is how I feel about be them!

The parts were correct. Most of them came in a reasonable time frame but one had to be ordered from the factory and took a long time. If I'd been aware of that delay, I could have made the trip to a dealer. I tried calling eReplacement parts and got a message that they couldn't have anyone answer because of the Covid-19. This is the only company I have dealt with that doesn't have customer service by phone. That is very frustrating.

I dont think I got the right screw, the Anti-Rotation Screw Part #: 791-******* does not fit at all... the end of the cutter still rotates... and 1 day shipping? LOL not even close... I dont mind the shipping cause of all this rona crap but the screw not fitting is frustrating.
