I paid for 3 day shipping and my item arrived late. I could not get a response from anyone until this survey.
I ordered two items: need a replacement blade for my Hamilton Beach blender and decided while shopping to purchase a blender jar for smaller portions. Items were shipped together and arrived intact. Although shipping was delayed (as seems to be the case for most things during this pandemic), once it was in the hands of the USPS delivery was remarkably quick.
I needed the switch assembly for my range hood. The leadtime was longer than i had hoped but i assume that's because the item wasn't in stock and needed to be made for me. When it arrived it was exactly as advertised and in 10-minutes the old one was out and the new one was in. I bookmarked the site for my future needs. Recommended!
I ordered a small gas line. When the envelope arrived it was empty! They mailed me nothing! It has only been a week since I informed them but I have heard nothing.
We needed replacement cooking grids for our grill, and ordered them April 25,2020. Our credit card was charged the same day. The website stated that the items were in stock and available, so we were surprised at the estimated ship date of May 27. However, given the pandemic, we waited patiently. Date came and went, no communication. Finally received notice we would receive delivery June 23. When the package arrived, inside was someone else's order! A brake cable that was supposed to have gone to a customer in Pennsylvania! (We live in Michigan). When we tried to call customer service the next day, we heard a recording saying eReplacements is unable to take phone calls at this time (blamed on the pandemic). Went to the website as advised, and laughed out loud to see the advice to call customer service! The only way to communicate was within the website. I have now left 2 messages over the past two weeks with no response. EReplacements has had $162.09 of our money for 2 1/2 months, and we have nothing... no parts, and no way to resolve the situation because this company does not believe in customer service. Don't tell us about the pandemic... in this day and age of instant communication, answering a phone call or email is simple and requires no in person contact. I have never been more frustrated and assume that eReplacements is a scam and has stolen our money. Please do not fall victim to this unprincipled company.
This company did finally respond (not sure if it was because of the original review) They refunded my money. THEY MADE IT RIGHT. With that, I will give them a second chance on doing business.
I put in the part number I'm looking for a replacement for. It's discontinued, BUUUT here's a direct replacement. I order. It's not a direct replacement. It's 5" longer that my part. They don't answer the phone "DUE to COVID 19". They give multiple options of correspondence. Hey! You can initiate a return online! But, you have to pay for the return. If I order the part wrong that's one thing. However, you telling me this is the direct replacement and it's not. That's on you. I haven't gotten the email responses I've requested. First impression THESE GUYS SUCK and I would not do any business with them again at this point.

Replacement carburetor ordered. With the help of youtube video, easy installation. Reasonable price, and shipping was fast.
I received the parts quickly. They were advertised to fit my sander but did not fit. I sent them back for a return and ha e not received a refund yet. I returned them 3 weeks ago.
Have most parts, every one I have ordered. The items are accurately described, safely packed and promptly shipped. Shipping and handling fees are at the upper end, but not outrageous.
So happy the parts came in for my generator, perfect fit the first time, genuine Generac Parts in the original parts box. Using the model number and following the parts diagram to get the correct part numbers was a breeze.
Will be using eReplacementParts again in the future (hopefully not needed)

Ordered blade bolts for a toro timecutter 18-52, ended up waiting about a week before they even shipped. Got them in and immediately went to go get the blades back on the deck, bolts that were shipped fit about as well as a hot dog in a hallway. This companies guarantee is worthless, just go to an Ace hardware, Napa or whatever local farm store is nearby.
A faster sending time response is all that I can think of to improve your score I can't send this response because you want me to write a response that totals 100 characters, which I can not accomadate you with.
I ordered a drive bentvfor my DeWalt planer. It arrived in a timely fashion and was the exact replacement part.
It was a direct fit application took about 30 minutes to install. And this company had it in stock good company to go through for several parts.
I have a very old (but still in very good condition) Hoover vacuum. With local shops closed and/or out of business due to Covid; eReplacementparts.com was an excellent option and great choice on my part. Thank you so very much; I could not be happier with the quality, price, and speed at which they arrived.
Before this pandemic your service has been excellent. But since then, it has been two weeks since I received your email stating my package has been shipped. But according to the tracking number with ontrac, they are awaiting the package. All I want to know is what is going on?
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
