When my part arrived it was broken. When I attempted to do the return, I discovered that I was going to have to pay the shipping to return it. As it turned out, I would have paid a premium on a price that I could have bought locally for less money, paid shipping both ways. As it was I chose to cut my losses. If I had returned I would have paid more in shipping than the part cost!
The part I purchased was exactly the right part. I broke the original, and your site made it easy to find the exact replacement. Shipping was fast also.

The service was good considering the pandemic. We were told up front that shipping would be slow. It took 2 weeks to get the item. However, the bag cover is only a mess-like cover. Grass is contained but dust and dirt is not. The bag is not like the original.

My son installed the belt and tested the LM machine and said it worked fine.
I looked up my weed trimmer by model number and you still sent me the wrong primer bulb. The spark plug and air filter were correct. I should have gotten them all at the parts house since I had to go there and get the correct primer bulb. Half right is about like having half a parachute, doesn't do much good.
I emailed last week regarding returning the top that I bought. I never heard back and stuck with a top that does not work with my cuisinart.
I ordered two parts from this company. One for my older Craftsman lawn mower and one for my newer Toro lawn mower.
The belt I ordered for the Craftsman was a snap to put in. No problem at all. Quality product.
The oil filler tube I purchased for my Toro lawn mower didn't fit. It was too large where it goes into the engine, I'll have to return it.
This company has all the parts you need and you just need to make certain you order the correct ones.

I purchased a carb, for a ryobi weed trimmer, it was the wrong carb, sent it back after talking with a person on the phone supposed to have refunded my money, purchased a second carb it was the same as the first one wrong one fot that machine i also have returned that one but it looked like i was not getting a full refund. I have purchased here before. Last time i called i could not even get a person had to do everything through the computer. Hard to straighten things out when you cant talk to a person, little dissapointed with that
