The parts I ordered was not available but was not told. I found the part here in town so cancelled the order. This is the first time I have had a problem with your company. I hope you fix the problem.

I was referred by the manufacturer and easily ordered my replacement nozzle for my power washer, after some delay in stock, I received the part in perfect condition and ready to use.

I have been waiting for a response on returning a chainsaw chain the part was pictured correct but when it came it was wrong it had the correct part # on the packaging the return page doesn't give me an option for wrong part in packaging and i don't think I should have to pay to return it

My last order was missing one part, the empty bag was in the package but NO part, The worst parts of this all is you cant contact anyone to let them know about your issue, This is very frustrating when you need the part you ordered and you can't talk to someone about your problem. You need a better way for customer issues!

Amazed how easily I was able to find the exact same part I broke the self propell control levers on my husqvarna lawnmower and received much quicker than i had expected got it installed quickly and easily mowing again before the week was up

Receiving parts, I have used your services in the past and have been well pleased with the time it took to receive the parts ordered, this time it was over a week before I received them, I realize you shipped them the same day or the day after. Due to Mr. DeJoy's reduction in the postal service it took quite a while to get them to Cincinnati.
