No complaints here! The parts was exactly as described and the price was reasonable. I think it was delivered within 5 days.

Tried to cancel the item I ordered and was unable to do so. Web site is not easy to navagate. Phone #'s do not work. Will not use in the furture.

Part was a little late because of shipping. Spindle had a couple of update from original part that should make it last longer than original part.
Part installed was easy, just followed instructions, mower now cuts grass like a new one.

Ordered a few new o-rings and a gasket. The replacement parts were the proper parts and delivery was timely. Installed new parts and air tool works as it should. Thank you e-replacement.

I called to ask if ******* pump body would fit my power painter plus. She said no and gave me another number and I placed the order. When the part came it was not for my sprayer. I spent an hour trying to get my printer to print return labels. After much research on line I ordered the ******* and it does fit my power painter plus.

I have tried to order before but had to cancel because of the time it took. I waited over 2 months before I contacted them. Once I tried to cancel the order it was magically shipped the following day. MAKE SURE U KEEP THE ORDER #. I think this was the difference in getting my parts and not getting them. Good luck! I was sent the wrong part. Sent an email to try and get a replacement or a refund over two weeks ago but never got a reply. I tried to call but they are refusing phone calls currently. Will never buy from here again. Got the correct part on Amazon and with free shipping, unlike this site that charged me $7 for S&H so they could send me the wrong thing.

My 4-½" angle grinder was missing the model number and the mfg was unable to identify it without a trip to the regional service center. All I needed was the brushes after checking various models and subtypes the distinctive shape of the part I need was right there! Eureka! Eureka!

Well... the part I ordered arrived in a timely matter. But it did not fit. I contacted customer service to get the correct part but I never really got a response or someone who wanted to help me. I also sent detailed photos of the chain saw. All I got was some auto form to start the process for a refund. Thought that was rather odd that you did not want to save the sale and poor customer service.

I called ereplacement about the poles because I had read a review about one order not being enough. The customer service lady said it was one set. She was wrong. It was one pole. They need to know what they are selling.
