I have four schindiawa weedeaters. Parts are hard to find in wv. When you do find them they are double the price compared to this site. Ordered part had in a few days worked perfect.
I was able to find an inexpensive replacement trip foot for my 28 degree Bostitch framing nailer and received it within a week. EReplacement Parts does not appear to be slowed down much at all during these times.
I ordered this part on Aug 7, today is Aug 25. The part has not arrived. The on-line status indicates that it is in "Pre-shipment" and hasn't been updated for the past two weeks. I've had good experience before but this is terrible.
I searched for this part in big box stores, grill stores and on Amazon, no one stocked it. You guys did, and got it right out... should have started with you, would've saved myself a lot of running around. Thanks! Glad to know about you.

EReplacement Parts is an exceptional User Friendly and comprehensive site. I needed a couple of parts that the manufacturer site no longer carried. I found the parts on eReplacement without any difficulty. Parts were in the mail the next day and I received them promptly. Definitely, my "go-to" site for any parts.
First the positive. I called in because I was having a hard time finding parts online for my specific lawn mower. The representative that helped me was fantastic and located all of the parts I needed. The prices were good.
The negative is after the order was placed. When I received my order invoice via email I was charged for two of one of the items I ordered. I received both in my shipment even though I only ordered one. I tried calling back but the system would not allow for phone concerning returns or order cancellations due to "Covid" staffing issues. My only recourse was to complete the return process online with no accurate reason available for the return. I returned the extra item at my expense. I could have used their return label but it was still going to deduct from the refund. I have emailed the company twice now and I have received an automated response that due to "Covid" they are experiencing long response times. I believe the return should have been at their expense and I should receive a full refund plus my shipping cost.
She was able to find the replacement part within a few minutes. I will definitely be using this site in the future.
Shipping took longer than expected due to stocking issues. However, they a decent job of keeping me updated. The spigot caps for my water storage jugs where as good or better than the originals. Will definitely do business with eReplacements again!

Found the parts online from a random search, the website was easy to navigate and even offered to hold my order if I chose to come back another day. So I took the time to cross reference some prices at other websites and their's was the best so I returned to the site, picked up the order where I left off, paid and was done. Proactively, do to covid-19, they chose to publish a general disclaimer stating that there may be shipping delays, etc. I was given a window of time for the package to show up, which they beat by a large margin. So basically, in just a short number of days, I was able to receive both of my parts, which are not available in any retail store anywhere, and it was not a nightmare like I thought it would be. Hence, my speed dial, as it would be, just increased by one. I will return. Cheers.
Never thought I could find a seemingly minuscule part for my old model 4340 SkilSaw jigsaw, the blade support collar, but amazingly eReplacement Parts had it! Since I don't know when I'll need a backup for the part, I ordered two. The part was identical to the original! Thanks eReplacement, you made my day & my jigsaw is happy again!
EReplacementParts carry a good selection of repair parts for many different products. This can save you money by not have to purchase new items that you can fix yourself, for a very reasonable price. My only complaint is the shipping. It typically takes about a week to get your stuff if it is in stock; if it's not in stock, it can be a long wait.
The USPS, despite having the tracking number, was unable to locate my parts. I never received them.

It was easy to research the parts needed to replace failing bushings and drive belt. Parts came fast and in great condition once the order wrinkles were ironed out. No problem with installation and tractor mows great. The only problem I incurred was along with other replacement parts I ordered two new blades that happened to be on back order from the supplier which held up the shipment of the complete order. I was thankful the existing bearing didn't totally seize up. Once I cancelled the order and reordered them right away the new order went thru fine and speedily.
Ordered replacement parts for my trimmer. Came in a few days and reasonably priced. Will use and recommend in the future.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
