The order consisted of multiple parts with one "hard to fill part" because of none in stock. EReplacementParts kept me up to date and even though it took time to fill the order I am completely satisfied.
These folks are terrible at customer service!
Their site says parts will ship same or next day, it takes weeks to get things, IF you get the item! Waited for a saw guard for 3 weeks, finally said it was delivered a week ago, not to me it wasn't! And I still haven't heard back from anyone about it!

I received the replacement parts fast and the repair was simple using the instructions provided. I simply removed the old fan/motor panel and replaced it with the new one. Entire job took about 5 to 10 minutes!
You can get the right thing if you look for it. I found it at E replacement parts. Easy to install a to install.

When my Ryobi 40V Cordless Lithium-Ion Power Head RY******* string trimmer quit working, I turned to your web site to order a new switch. I specifically ordered a new switch for my RY******* and was delighted when it arrived as promised. Imagine my surprise, however, when I opened my RY******* and found a larger, hard wired switch that your smaller, component style switch could not possibly fit. I was NOT happy!
I ordered a Rigid Tube for the side burner of my Weber Genesis. There is only 1 rigid tube on the website but unfortunately the original part is about 2 inches smaller (see photo).
Received my part damaged. Tried calling the customer service numbers listed on website, but was only automated could not speak to a person.So I was forced to send an email about my part being damaged, two weeks has passed and this review request is the only response I have received. Shaft was received bent.
I need to exchange but cant ger a response.

I like going to this site to find parts because it's easy to find a part since there's a diagram that you can check to ensure you are getting the right part.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional
Answer: Jacks Small Engine is a good source for small engine parts. Baileys Outdoor Power Equipment is where I get my chain saw parts.
Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
