Missing metal ferrules in both kits. Fiberglass rods were in good condition, unable to build rods without the require steel ferrules.
Saw stopped working after making some unusual sounds. Diagnosed the problem to the electrical contact brushes. Ordered 2 brushes. Received them as expected and installed which fixed the saw. So back to work. EReplacement parts were perfect replacements and readily installed in minutes.
I ordered replacement sander pads. The order was delivered 1.5 months after ordering which was bad enough. Then I realized I received plastic tires instead of sander pads. Since Covid19 the phones aren't being answered and my emails were ignored 3 times. On my 4th email 3 months later I received an email saying I need to pay for the return! Really?! You sent me the wrong items. All I want is the correct order. Now, I lose money and time on your mistake. Horrible customer service.

The exception of delivery delay because of coronavirus the part is exactly what I ordered and I'm able to repair a lamp that I used as a boy scout 30 years ago. Very pleased with the ease of ordering and the condition in which the globe arrived. The price was also in line with my expectation and I am able to fix a otherwise non-functional camping tool
I NEEDED a small part to get equipment back up and running. Part was less than a dollar so I added a few extra parts. All parts were in stock except one, so they held up the order fro almost 3 months. It would still be sitting there if I had not called. BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY. Save time and anguish.
This is the first time that I used this company. There were no problems at all. I needed to rebuild a 20+ year old Makita corded drill. The exploded diagram on the website clearly identified the parts that I needed. Those were exactly the parts that I received. The prices were reasonable. There were no issues with the shipping. Finding replacement parts isn't always easy so it's good to know that there is a company that fills this need. I would use this company again.
Website was easy to use, and the parts fit perfectly. This is the second or third time I've ordered parts from them, and each experience was exactly as promised, and I received the parts in a reasonable time frame. Also, the installation videos accompanying the order confirmation email, is a great help for installing the parts.
It's bad enough that I cracked the inner glass of my oven door. That's where the bad stopped. ERelacementParts located the parts I needed and I picked them up within two days. Nicely done.

What it said on the website was the part would fit. No it didn't, by replacement parts had me covered. Mailed it back and got a return credit. Thanks again guys...
Ordered Product 7-20-2020 - After 3 inquiries and 8 weeks later - I received the product on or around 9-12-2020. My lawn was growing, and growing, so I was forced to purchase the parts from another company. The parts fit - I was happy - So I sent the parts back to eReplacement.
My parts were delivered on time and just what I ordered. The entire ordering and receipt process was simple and executed to perfection.
WHEN THIS HAPPENS TO YOU MAKE SURE TO EMAIL THE SALT LAKE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY TO LODGE A COMPLAINT. The company is scamming customers by claiming the rona virus has somehow caused an "explosion" in volume or some nonsense and as such NO CUSTOMER service. Unfortunately Amazon is more reliable. The scam they are running is once your order is made they immediately swap your order to "shipped" but it never actually ships. Then, if you try calling they say that there is no phone service because its busy which makes no sense and so screw you. Once you contact them to make the return they quickly change the status to "shipped" so you cannot make the return which allows them to charge a restocking fee for a product that either never has been shipped or is shipped after the fact to make easy profit on "restocking" fees. This scam has been attempted by scammers on Amazon and Ebay and isnt uncommon.
I ordered a pressure gauge for a canning. I swear it's description said lock nut, washer & new gasket for gauge. I received the gauge and a rubber threaded? Nut? Which I wouldn't feel comfortable using alone.
Wrong part was sent, return mailing was not as simple as they claim. Praying noting out the label to return did not work out. Mail would not accept it.
I got handles without the pins to keep handles secure to wall! Very poor. I would have given zero if I could have!
I ordered part and it arrived ok however, I found it was the wrong size.
I have left four messages via email to return and no one has gotten back to me. You can't get a hold of them via phone. I called twice and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time and no one answered.

I've used ereplacementParts multiple times now for various parts for small appliances. It is easy to research the part number, easy to order and always arrives quickly - even in these chaotic times.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
