Easy Peasy

I have ordered many parts from this co. And have never had a problem with orders or returns! My husband gives me the part, I Look it up on the site, checkout, receive a conformation EMAIL/ with tracking info and it's done.It helps a lot that I am a retired auto instructor. EASY PEASY

Never received order

Absolutely do not order anything from this company. I waited weeks for my prepaid order. It has never arrived. I was charged the price of the part plus shipping and handling. Finally, I was sent an email saying they were refunding my money for the part. They did refund the part money, but not the shipping and handling fee which was four times more than the cost of the part. Stay away from this company!

I never received my order. I also purchased express delivery along with it. I have tried to contact support multiple times and I have not received any responses. It's been over a month now. I don't know what else to do besides take legal action to get my money back.

My Black and decker hedge trimmer recently broke. I was able to locate the broken part and found it on their very easy to navigate site. The price was good and shipping was fast. I am happy to say my trimmer is working great and I did not have to lay out the money to buy a new one.

I have ordered several items from eReplacementParts and have always had very good results. Only one time did I ever have a delivery problem. That was because a US Postal Service employee had falsified a delivery record. Even then, eReplacementParts issued me a full refund and replaced the order. I will continue to use their service- just not have anything delivered by the US Post Office.

Item did not fit properly. Is not perfect... terrible experience i waited for months to arrive and then it looks great and is teh right item the right shape all is right but idt does not close properly with the Top tap from the original part. Very disapointing

My weed eater cap cracked and wouldn't stay on to cover the spool. I found your company online and was easily able to order another cap for it just by looking at the pictures of parts on your website. 1/2" Cordless Drill Repair.

I had thought I would never be able to replace the crum tray that had rusted in our toaster oven. EReplacements told me it was backordered and that it would be awhile before I would get it. My expectations were set for about 3-4 month delay. Then no sooner than 3 weeks, the part arrived! I love it and it makes our toaster oven look new!

Better than promised

The website is very easy to use. It only took a matter of moments to locate the needed part and complete the order process. I got my part before the due date using a minimum of packaging. When I installed the part I saw that I also needed a new gasket. If your site could do a "WE RECOMMEND ALSO" part that would be fantastic! All in all I was very pleased with your quality, service and shipping.

Weed wacker repair

I am 73 year old woman living on my own. People don't realize how hard it is to take care of a house and property by yourself. I somehow lost a bag that went with my lawn blower.
