Why order from them, compared to the million other sites. I appreciate the fast service, faster then expected shipping and I got exactly what I ordered. To top it all off, it was the cheapest I found. Wouldn't paid double anywhere else. Thanks ereplacementparts Team.
When i need parts this is where i go. They usually have what i need to get the job done. I am kept up to date on back orders.
Their website is easy to use for looking up parts and getting them ordered and the order came fairly quickly. This order had two rear wheels for a Honda Smart-Drive mower and they sent two front wheels. They are not interchangeable (rear wheels have a gear for the drive). I double checked my order and the packing list and it was definitely rear wheels ordered and paid for, so the order was filled incorrectly. Due to the hassles of going to the post office right now, I decided to just use them on the front of the mower and picked up two new rear wheels at a Home Depot.
All of my parts I ordered in July were available except one which almost two months later they notified me of. They could have offered to send me the available parts earlier. I didn't hear from them for almost two months but they certainly took my order right away. This is not usual for this company but it may be a warning.
They delivered the right part on time for a reasonable price. Ordering was easy. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Your ad says that parts are shipped out in one day, order on September 3 shipping label printed on 7th of September I received parts on 17th, All parts were in stock- and 8$ for for a inch and a quarter screw what a shaft.
I do not remember the name of my customer service rep but he was very polite courteous and helpful when determining my needs. I had a 10-year-old Poulan pole trimmer that the handle had broken and was unsure if the one they had in their catalog fit. He took the time to match up model numbers to verify that it would. He then help me get the quickest least expensive shipping method and it actually arrived two days earlier than the original shipping day we had discussed.
I will ABSOLUTELY Use them again in the future for any of my parts needs and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Horrible first experience with this company! I payed $10 for 4-5shipping got it around a month and half later. Meanwhile I had to barrow a mower every week till the part came in, and when it did the box was beat up.
I ordered parts to rebuild my Dewalt 1/4" impact driver and have received the wrong parts. Not usually a problem just contact some one and get the right ones. Not in this case I have been trying for 2 weeks to contact someone through the website as well as the phone and cannot reach anyone. Have tried to return parts through the website and am unable to do that as well. Had to order parts somewhere else. Will not used them again!
Item is shown on tracking "as on its way" but that is after 16 days. Have emailed eReplacementParts twice and am still waiting for a response.
Never found exact model number out of thousands. I typed in my specific model number and I still had to search through an endless list. Finally ordered what I thought would work, not the right part, it keeps the gas in the tank but it isn't correct. Will not bother with your website again!
Placed an order for tank bottom assembly part received broken, however called eReplacementParts received credit back non my order, order another tank bottom and it came in fine.
Okay let me start by saying that the parts I received were exact fit parts and functioned flawlessly. That being said, I waited 2 weeks only to find out that the hold up was 1 1/2" stop nut hat was on back order. It came with a link that said I could cancel an item, but all it would allow me to do was cancel the order. I cancelled, waited several days to be sure my money was refunded. When so reordered, due to my mistake, I had double ordered 2 of the parts. Cancelled and waited for the refund to PayPal again. The 3rd time I finally had everything correct and received order within a week. My advice: This is a good company to order from, but be sure what you order is in stock. You can see if they have it in stock or not. It also tells how many of their stock items they have. The big problem is due to COVID if they don't have it in stock they can't estimate when the item will be re-stocked.
Replacement parts worked great, only took about 20 min. To install. The mower is actually pulling me now!
Thought I was just getting too old to mow the yard!

EreplacementParts is the best. I can always find exactly what I need to fix my weedwacker and the parts are just right. Shipping is fast as well. I will always use them as long as I need something, which being a professional lawn mower now, will probably be alot.
Will never purchase an item here again. I waited 3 weeks for my part. I rec'd my part for my tractor but it had the wrong gasket. I only needed the gasket but could not get only a gasket from this place. So I spent $18 for a useless piece. I TRIED contacting them via email and phone. Received an email back saying due to covid there may not be a response. You call and msg claims due to covid we are not answering phones. SERIOUSLY?! But wow you receive an email asking to give a review! Hmmm is anyone reading those? I received the exact part I needed from another company in 3 days. Yes most definitely will NOT buy from this place again! All I need is an RMA so I can return this useless item.
I had ordered some blade mounting hardware for an olded skillsaw. I was sent the wrong parts even after the guy searched for what i needed and told mehe has what i need. When i called about this the new guy got me what i needed. But i had to pya for the new parts and wait for them and my refund.
Have ordered a couple times and they are extremely helpful... delivered on time will check with them first any time i need to fix tools. Also the youtube videos are great!

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
