I received my part approximately 6 weeks from order date, however it was on back order when I placed the order. The disappointing part was when I received it the crock was broken into several pieces. The packaging wasn't adequate for a glass piece. I ordered a replacement and return authorization. However, when I shipped back the broken part it cost $18.00 to return. (Someone else took it to the P. O. for me). I would have just thrown it away rather than pay shipping like that! Very disappointed that it was broken and has cost me as much as buying a whole new crock pot.
Ordered a replacement control handle for my self propelled lawn mower. Shipping was timely and am very satisfied.

In replacing this board there are two screws up top that hold the machine face on and then you need to push up the bottom of the face which is snapped in then you have easy access to the screws on the board

Ordered a replacement ceramic pot for a crock pot. The price was great - much cheaper than replacing the whole system that worked great otherwise. Was informed upfront about shipping delays, but I was not in a rush. The product arrived well packaged after a couple of weeks.
I ordered a replacement carafe on September 4,2020 and they immediately charged my credit card for the purchase. I paid for two day delivery and still do not have it on September 19th. I have tried calling them and they do not have anyone answering the phone in customer service. I would recommend that you use another company to get your replacement parts.

I was not too happy when I order the part to find out that even though it said it was in stock and would be shipped the next day, after I paid for the item and all was said and done you than tell me it will be delayed. I ordered the part under the idea that it would come in a few days and than it took over two weeks. Need to change the wording on your page.

Some of us can fix stuff but we couldn't get the parts. My rt-angle grinder, only 3 years old, got arthritis in the switch linkage was locked "on", Instead of sending it in for a 3 week repair at half the cost of a new unit, I pulled it apart, noted all the plastic parts looked good, guessed it was to power switch itself. Found eReplacement parts on line, the look up system was really easy. Ordered the part and installed, that was actually fun, but was late to dinner, that night but, my unit works perfectly all in 1 week for $22.

In today's world it is hard to find pertinent diagrams and narratives when it comes to small engine parts. This company has literally thousands of accurate depictions, descriptions and diagrams for you to use when making a purchase. I've never had to return a part because it was the wrong one. I also have never had to return a part because of defective workmanship, thus, I cannot address that.
This company sends out the part(s) quickly and keeps you posted on availability.
