I broke the blade clamp on my Milwaukee Sawzall and within a few days of placing my order I was back in business. The price was a lot lower than even Amazon's price.

I ordered a cable for my tractor. The cable worked fine, but I paid extra for expedited shipping. After paying extra to receive the part sooner, I received an email that said due to high volume my order would be delayed. I emailed the company about a refund on extra shipping charges but heard nothing back from them
