I ordered a cable for my tractor. The cable worked fine, but I paid extra for expedited shipping. After paying extra to receive the part sooner, I received an email that said due to high volume my order would be delayed. I emailed the company about a refund on extra shipping charges but heard nothing back from them

I have purchased parts for my Snapper lawn mower and Husqvarna weed trimmer. Both parts were shipped quick and you can't find a better price. These parts I could not find locally, the shops here told me the parts were not available.

I ordered first a part for my tea pitcher and then a scoop for getting ice out of ice maker. Customer service was very helpful on both these orders! It did take alittle while but was worth it! Will be ordering again if I need anything else. Thank you!
I ordered a replacement part (tire) for a Jet bandsaw. Although the part number was correct according to my owners manual, it did not fit. After calling the manufacturer, I determined that is was actually a part for a larger bandsaw, so I initiated a return. I was unable to talk to customer service because they say they are unable to provide that service because of COVID 19. I received a return authorization on-line and returned the item using an no-line label. I have been unable to verify the status. This is unfortunate because I previously ordered parts for a string trimmer with no problems.

Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
