It took them four times to send the right belt. I put nearly 100 miles and bought a 4 dollar roll of tape and they don't care not to mention my time
Ordered the coffee ground basket for the coffee maker according to the website it should have worked with my machine. Basket fit into the tray but when the hot water went into it, it was not releasing the water into the pot which cases overflow, looked at my invoice and it said if part had been used it could not be returned so I am out $25 for a part that didn't work with my machine. There is no way to make sure it was correct without using the part, so I am just out my money. Wouldn't recommend a company that won't let you return and item that doesn't work.
Since it's been 16 days and counting that I ordered my part... you guessed it still no part! Tracking had my part in North Carolina for five days, maybe it was tired and needed a rest. Called Customer Service and their not taking calls, so I sent an email they'll get back to me in 3to5 days. Don't order from this company! Terrible customer service and so far no part! Maybe by Christmas
Our Coleman instant canopy top ripped in a wond storm. The rest was still in good condition, but we couldn't find a replacement for just the top cover until I went on the Coleman website. I found the correct replacement at 1/3 of the cost of a whole new canopy. EReplacement's service was fast and we received the correct replacement very quickly. I don't have a picture because we already put it away for the winter.
Exactly the piece I needed. Fit right in, even though my jigsaw model wasn't specifically listed. Now my jigsaw works like new. Thank you.
Great service. One stop shop for parts. My bandsaw bearing failed mid project. I ordered the bearing and received it promptly and it fit perfect. Back in buisness!
Prices seem amazing until you factor in shipping. Then they are more expensive than their peers. I don't know if I'll be using them again
Neighbor had this clutch spring on back over, for over a month at the Husky dealership. Asked me to find one on the internet for him. Ordered on a Thursday evening-shipped the next day on Friday-Monday 3 days later he had his spring.
I had bought from you before and came back to buy again on 9/9/20. Very pleased with the parts. Five stars. Unfortunately FedEx received your parts on 9/9/20 and then proceeded to move them from Utah to Nebraska to Missouri to Indiana to Kentucky to three cities in North Carolina and finally to West Virginia on 9/21/20. My parts then rattled around the US Post Office three more days before finally arriving in my mailbox on 9/24/20. Zero stars on delivery.

I've ment to replace the part for awhile. If I had know it was going to be so easy and timely, I would have ordered a long time age. Will def. Keep in mine for future parts.
Have ordered from eReplacementParts a few times and never had any problems. Prices are reasonable, website is easy to use. Haven't returned anything so can't speak to that. And yes, it is slower delivery than the two day companies have, but they still got here in a reasonable amount of time. With COVID around, things have been slower all over.
I recently ordered what I assumed to be brushes for a PC speed block sander. It was EXTREMELY irritating to find only one brush in the order! I have been a cabinet maker for 40 years and have always maintained my own machinery. In all that time motor brushes have always been packaged as a pair. Who the hell goes through the trouble to tear a tool apart to service it and replaces ONE brush!
They went out of their way to make everything perfect... They corrected my error. I would use them again.
I received my item quickly and it was exactly as it was described. I will definitely use their servivices again.

Not sure why I needed 13 different size o-rings (all loose parts NOT even packaged to keep the pieces together, yes, I dropped over 1/2 the small pieces when I ripped the envelope open) for a plastic carburator that only has 3 but I guess that is why it cost $30 plus shipping. Only 2 other options, buy new plastic carburator or new mower.
Purchased parts which went without a hitch. Product shipped in a timely fashion but FedEx missed the their delivery date. Item status at FedEx changed to delivery pending and it sat for an entire week. I contacted FedEx who suggested the item was lost at their delivery facility but stated they could not elevate searching for it or filing a lost item claim unless contacted by eRepalcementParts (the shipper). This is where my experience gets bad as I attempted calling eReplacementPart but you can not get in contact with them for lost shipments. Their phone system dumps you out after telling you to email them. Emailed four times over a week and a half with zero reply. I did finally get the parts but way late and after I had to purchase the same items from another vendor.
Have bought from eparts a few times. Always the right fit. Great prices. They are my go to sight for any repair needs I have.
Ordered parts in mid June. Got a notice 3 weeks later that 1 of 4 parts was backordered. They would wait to ship unless I wanted the 3 parts and the backorered part cancelled. I said I would wait. Mid August had heard nothing so I emailed to ship what they had and cancel backordered part. Sept 9th they emailed to say the parts were ready to ship as soon as the backordered part came to their warehouse in a few days. On Sept14th got an email saying they were sending me a "Retrun Label", even though I never received the parts. A few minutes later received a notice that they had refunded the parts cost but not the "expediated" fee. Emailed back, because they don't actually have people answering the phone nor can you leave a voice message. No reply from them but I got this request to share my experieince. So after 3 months I have no parts and am out money for their services. My word to the wise is to avoid this company like Covid-19.
The site said that the attachment was for our model of food processor so I ordered it. Not only did it take a month and a half to get here, it didn't fit. The metal pin that is supposed to secure into the lid but is to big for the hole.
Answer: Seems to be scam. I ordered something and paid around $30'for overnight shipping. It's day 3 and still don't have it. Emailed them and got no resonse. Called them and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up since it was clear they weren't going to resolve the issue. Stay away from them. Very unprofessional

Answer: I did receive the wrong part but the customer service promptly refunded my regular ground shipping fee and shipped it to me by 3 day ground on them. I just paid for the part. I did receive it as promised.
