It was OK. Had an item I bid on that didn't sell due to having a reserve but it invoiced it to me kinda made a Lil confusion. But overall it was alright
Everything was pretty good with the exception of picking up the item stated 21 hours on the machine but when picked up it showed 800+ hours with a dead battery, I am assuming someone left the key/power on for 780+ hours until the battery went dead. Not a huge deal just not expected.

The site and getting into auction was easy. I was looking at an item that sold for more than I wanted to pay but I kept looking and found some other things. I won the bid on 5 sets ofv4 foot forks and called with a few questions. Right of the bat the guy was defensive and lying but whatever he's an auctioner so that goes with it. Then I paid for them and had someone pick them up for me when i received them 4 of the forks are the wrong length and I'm sure I'll get a BS response when I call them about it. It's 300 miles to get there and not worth my time to mess with it.The way he talked the first time I called I know he will do nothing about it.
I won the bid but didn't know that the Auction has to approve the bid with the owner of the vehicle.
So I'm still waiting to see if the owner accepted the bid,? I wish you had a way to tell we before we bid on truck If it's an absolute bid or a pending bid? That would be very helpful, and we don't waste a lot of time.
Good video feed and bidding process. Won bid on a truck. Got a call later from auctioneer explaining there was a reserve and it was not met. That needs to be communicated before the auction. Very disappointing way to do business.
I bought a step deck trailer and I thought the bidding process was very easy to follow...After I won the bid, I wanted more information and thought I would call them expecting no one to answer,,A lady named Robyn answered right away which is unusual in todays world...I needed to get the trailer from Texas to Wisconsin and she helped me with that telling me who to call...The emails and response was quick and on time...would not hesitate to use them again...

I was under the weather, so I bid online for this local auction. It was a valuable option to bid online. The only thing I would change is the online bidder cannot input their desired bid, only available is what is shown as next bid.

I was bidding on a car and when I had won the bid I was unexpectedly given two to choose from and accidentally chose the incorrect one and could not make the change to the correct one.
Overall, the experience was good as I have been using Equipmentfacts.com for years. On Saturday I was bidding from a different computer and my passwords were not saved on this particular computer, so I called the *******025 number only to be told that they couldn't help me. They referred me to another number however when I called, I received a voice mail that the office is closed for the weekend. Needless to say, I was getting anxious as the item I was bidding on was soon to go on the auction block. I called back the original number and a different person answered and resolved my dilemma.
My experience was very well after purchasing the product. I called them up to ask them how to pay and they gave me very easy instructions. I love this website.

I liked it better when the bidder info was side by side with the item being auctioned. Couldn't see who the high bidder was because the bidder info was under the item being bid on.
I did not have any problems with the bidding process I bid on and purchased several lots and the only issue I had was connectivity due to my location.

I liked Rythem Auctions other website as you could put in a dollar amount to bid, I don't like how you guys dictate the bidding process.
