I was watching items in 2 different rings and sometimes when I would switch from ring 1 to ring 2 it would not allow me to bid on items. There seemed to be a lag. At one point while trying to bid on items the audio for ring 1 was coming through on ring 2 and ring 2 was coming through ring 1. I was unable to bid on items I wanted to buy since I was hearing the audio on both at the same time and there was a lag in time and at one point the bidding button would not work. I have very good internet, so I believe it was your site. I will not use the site again.

Here is the criticism, the audio of the auctioneer was mumbled, I couldn't understand anything that he was saying. The communication with the auction company could have been better, did not receive replies for several questions that I had. Sure seemed like the auctioneer held my item open on the floor for an extended period trying to raise the floor bids closer to my max bid before he sold my item. Auctioneer said that I was on my own for loading my item and the buyers premium had no cap, which I found to be abnormal. When I tried to bid on attachments for my unit, Equipment facts locked my account, so I lost the opportunity to purchase those items. Other than that, all good. Wyatt has been a great help.

Won 1 of multiple items, when I tried to select how many I wanted, it would not work. Bid on other items but bid was apparently not accepted. This is the first time that I have done this from my iPhone, previously I used a computer. When I spoke with the auction people they told me to use Level program instead of equipment facts.

I do a lot of these auctions and honestly, your website is very hard to follow on a cell phone. It needs simpler operations on clear buttons the back arrows and some of the information is too close to the side where you cannot see it or use it.

Updated review

Equipment Facts is a great bidding pllatform, it is easy to use no nonsense bidding and a great way to search for a specific item your intrested in. Be quick when your bidding some auctioneers will call an item sold when your still bidding. A good internet connection is crucial to prevent lag.

Updated review

Online bidding worked but the live video feed would stop working. Sometimes audio was intermittently working during the video. Would rather have a good solid audio feed with no video. However, better to deal with these technical hiccups at home in my pajamas, than stand outside in a windy field at 35 degrees for 6 hours.

Live auction with online bidding. Using my iPhone at home, the connection was generally good with online bidding blending well with onsite bidders. Live feed dropped a few times when unimportant items (to me) were being auctioned. Overall very pleased.

I viewed the item and did all my bidding online. I am 4 hours away from the auction site so I still need to make the trip to pick it up (my choice) but everything went flawlessly during the auction and would not hesitate to purchase through their auction service again. I called their office during the auction and while talking with the gentleman I found out that they do not do auctions with reserves which in my books says volumes so was good to hear!

I was bidding on some incidental items. Thought I would put in a maximum bid. Of $100. It put the whole bid in. I did not realize it put in the entire $100. I only needed to put five dollars in to start. And then when I got up higher, I could put a maximum bid in. Other sites are much easier here. Dislike that quite a bit.

Prebid, very easy, live bidding, seems easy but I bid on 3 separate items and to this point 2 days later, the results are unknown. My high bid was the 'winning' bid amount the auctioneer said but the bid # was not my equipment facts bid number. Equipment facts does not show if you win or not. I called the auction, they verified I won the 1st item but would need to wait till the end to know about the others. 2 days later, equipment facts has no 'items won' button, no 'items won' invoice or email. I have received no email from the auctioneer people either. I have NEVER had trouble knowing if I had 'won' an item or actually PAYING for won items at ANY auction online or in person. I will call auctioneer on Monday, if I won these bids I would like to pay for them and make arrangements to pick them up (not ship). This is rather Rediculous.

Had my account suspended for non payment, even though I still had more than 24 hours left to pay according to the sellers written rules. The seller reported my account but never sent an invoice. I emailed them within hours of my purchase about how to make the payment. I didn't receive a response until the next morning and that was immediately followed with a suspension email. I had to do a lot of searching on who to talk to as the email associated with the seller was not current. Finally talked to someone on the phone who told me they had invoiced the item to someone else as I was not the winning bidder, even though I had confirmation that I was. I made another call to a different employee of the seller explaining my situation. After a few hours, I received a call back from the seller explaining that I was the winning bidder and that somehow there was another equipment facts user with the same bidder number as me who ended up getting my invoice. The situation has been rectified with the seller. I still have not received any call or email back yet from either of the equipmentfacts/auctiontime employees that I tried to contact in the morning about the issue.

Bidding went well
March 26, 2026

Bidding went well. I did bid on a golf cart and it said I was the lead bidder but the auctioneer must've assigned it to someone else.
Being able to determine which items have been won is also very cumbersome, like no way to determine.Unless I'm missing it.

The LIVE Auction kept on having glitches to the point that when I pressed the button it was showing a different number than was being said. Had to call twice about the online glitches and all I was told that's on there end. I am still trying to resolve this as soon as possible because I did not bid that amount.
