Confusing payment I had to re enter my credit card number multiple times
I ordered a 12lb shotput. Epic sports had the best price for it. It took a week to get it and once I received it, it was literally a shot put, put into a small box. By the time it got to our doorstep, the box was smushed all over and took the shape of the shotput. I'm so thankful that it didn't come out of the box. Other than that, the shotput was in good order and again, they had the best price.

Hello! This still isn't right. Original order #******* 28 socks cost $173.32 plus shipping.
Your new order #******* Credited back $167.05. No idea where that number came from? And since they were so slow I had to just reorder that #******* 28 socks cost $173.32 + $15.02 shipping for a total of $188.34. So your/their screw up and slowness is costing me $21.29! Not sure how or why it should cost me? Cost me money and lots of time since every time i called to check on this order was at least 45 min wait time once was even 1 1/2 hours! Called at least 3 times! Original order was 3-13-2018 finally got the right socks on 4-2-2018! And only then because I couldn't wait any more and reordered myself!

My daughter turns 4 in May and as an early birthday present, her 7 year old sister wanted to buy her soccer gear for her classes that start on SATURDAY APRIL 7th. Epic Sports sent the wrong size shoe - sent a 3 (big girls) instead of an 11.5(little girls). Several attempts have been made by my husband and myself to email and call to get the correct size sent to us but we have had ZERO response back. Our daughter has her first game in 2.5 days and we cant even get acknowledgement from Epic, let alone get them to fix their screw-up. Now I have 2 disppointed little girls - my daughter who is about to start soccer with no cleats, and my older daughter who thought she was picking out a very thoughtful birthday present for her little sister!

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
