I ordered online with only 2 weeks away from the tournament and I received the Jerseys I ordered online within a timely matter to get them lettered and ready for the basketball tournament. Did not have any problem ordering and they shipped out right away which I liked because usually it takes 2-3 days before a company even ships the product. Will definitely order through this company in the future if I ever need anything else that is related to this company!!

I received my baseball paints and pulled them out of the package, and they were dirty with no tags on them plus they sent Royal blue pinstripes instead of Navy. Emailed them and after about 3-4 days and a couple of emails later they tell me the Royal paints that I received was Navy. They are not close to Navy!

Everything went smoothly. Shipping was timely and the quality was as expected
I wanted to order baseball pants without the need for a belt. You don't have any. Also, the last time I ordered, it was supposed to be here in 2 days, it took a week. I felt that Epic should have given me free shipping on my next order, or something. I haven't ordered from Epic in a long time, I did this time to replace some baseball pants that I ordered from you in the past.

I needed to return some shoes and by time I paid for shipping and restocking fee it would of cost about as much as the shoes themself plus I do not own a printer to print out ram tried calling but was on hold for 20 min before I gave up
