Placed an order(2/21), got partial from Soffee warehouse within timeline stated. Had to email 3 times to find out about the rest of my order which they state was shipped out but returned... it's now 4/13. Finally got a response saying they'd reship it last week, now site says "in process". Notes say UPS never scanned it, which leads me to believe it was never shipped as they claim it was.
Just worried as this order contains items I need to color match & size for cheer squads, but can't really trust I'd get in time to use for our season.
