I ordered a 2XL sweater from Epic Sports and when it arrived I tried it on and couldn't even get it buttoned. I tried to get in touch with customer service but they don't have phone CS, only chat. I tried to use the chat and got the run around. I emailed someone named Erica and she told me to use a yard stick and measure 1 inch below the arm pit and take a picture. I did so and sent it to her and she emailed me back that she didn't get the picture. I repeated the process and she emailed back that the picture had to include the label. I did so and have heard nothing back.
I think this web site is a rip off and would recommened you stay clear, of it.
They came 6 days late, but they were good. The numbers and lettering were perfect. Overall pretty good.

One of the worst companies to deal with an order Jersey phone, wrong order and wrong information. No communication form the customer service except by chatting. There's no phone number that is no communication from the customer service. Unless you stay on top of their email and chatting. Definitely one of the worst companies to deal with. I ordered royal blue t shirts and customized them as jerseys for my softball team. It was straight forward and easy to do. My only complaint is that the logo on the front isn't a bright white like it was supposed to be. It's a little faded, but still looks ok.
