Prices are good, but shipping is expensive and slow. It takes almost a month from the date of order to receive the merchandise. You would think that the business model these days would be competitive with other online shopping sights.

Great products at an affordable price
Items were not delivered on time.
Little disappointed in the communication or lack of initiative. My hat order was damaged during shipment and returned to you by UPS. It never made it to me, it was damaged and sent back by the shipping company.
I called and got an uninformed answer and had no choice at the time but to re-order and be late on delivery by 3 weeks. After a bit of thought, I called again and got some more details. The rep went and inspected the damage. (1 hat out of 72 had some dust on it!)
I had to approve re-shipment and pay the extra to have it expedited for delivery on time.
Disappointed in the whole process and the lack of initiative in getting me my order.
Shopping was easy. I found everything I needed quickly. Prices were good. Checkout was easy. Shipping was prompt.
