Great products at an affordable price
Items were not delivered on time.
Little disappointed in the communication or lack of initiative. My hat order was damaged during shipment and returned to you by UPS. It never made it to me, it was damaged and sent back by the shipping company.
I called and got an uninformed answer and had no choice at the time but to re-order and be late on delivery by 3 weeks. After a bit of thought, I called again and got some more details. The rep went and inspected the damage. (1 hat out of 72 had some dust on it!)
I had to approve re-shipment and pay the extra to have it expedited for delivery on time.
Disappointed in the whole process and the lack of initiative in getting me my order.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
