An email was sent in the middle of the night instructing me to call and verify my identity because my shipping and billing address were different (this is valid). Because I didn't respond in the middle of the night, but instead responded at 7am, I was told by a very rude rep that my shipping that I paid extra for would be delayed. It ended up getting there by the paid for date, so all was fine in the end, but a very poor experience and unnecessary stress.
