I am basing this off a last order I made. I am a returning customer and have not had this issue before. Customer Service wasn't great, they were not rude however they did not offer any solution to when I emailed them about my problem. One lady tried to help but it didn't work out. Other couldn't offer any either. No apologies or concerns from them. I do have another email pending about the second issue and I have not heard back yet. This is the short story.
Pretty good transaction. The shipping was ok the merchandise was a bit misleading where I thought I was ordering a mock turtleneck compression shirt but it turned out to be a routine crew neck, was kinda disappointed but it was cool. I did like the cap that I also ordered.
