My order was exactly what I wanted! The shirts came in a timely manner. Everything was exactly how what the company said it would be.
The product was just as expected. My order was held up for clarification of payer source as I have a business name and personal name. I understand and that actually happens on occasion. The problem is you email out notifications that there is a problem AFTER you close for business, and then robocall an hour BEFORE you open for business. Then when I did call and get it fixed the representative did not push the right buttons, so right after I hung up I received more notifications AFTER you closed so I can't fix it. I finally got through late the next day. Which was the day it was supposed to have arrived. They could not put a fast shipment on the product even though it was your error and both of my daughters ball teams had to go without their matching socks for the first game. They only play 6 weeks, so that is a big percentage of the games. I paid for 3 day shipping and received them in exactly a week from ordering. I talked to customer service who did not care at all and stated multiple times there is nothing they could do. When asking to talk to a supervisor, I received flack and then was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up. THe product was good, but the service left a lot to be desired.

Umpire shows were EE wide but right shoe is too narrow and pinches so bad I can't tolerate wearing it - left shoe fine? Going to cobbler shoe repair to see what he can do - very disappoint!ed

Easy ordering and crazy fast delivery. I actually ordered the same shorts/socks for my NFL play60 flag team that had ordered last season. They could have even worse last years. Great quality for such an inexpensive product. PM glad they're around.
