I was excited because I found the shorts needed for high school dance camp in the brand and size needed and was able to order them in plenty of time prior to camp. HOWEVER, only 1 out of the 4 shorts ordered was accurate. 2 of the 4 junior size products arrived in youth size. I was able to get a replacement order for them, but when they arrived (the day before camp) one was a Junior XS and 1 was a Youth XS. I have been assured that I will receive another Junior product, but I had to run out and buy something local for camp. There is a huge size difference between a Junior XS and a Youth XS. Their packaging department needs some Quality Control adjustments! The last item I received was a defective product from the manufacturer. It was half an XS short sewn to half a S short. This will not fit an individual who wears a Junior Small. I was informed I would not receive a replacement item as "these things happen and the supplier will not replace them." WHAT?! Again I had to run out and buy something for camp the night before. My money was wasted. My time has been wasted. The replaced items were not replaced with one or two simple calls or emails. Multiple calls and emails have been exchanged. This experience has definitely soured my opinion of this company.
