Ordered these for an 8U softball rec league! They heat press great! They do run small. I would size up in all sizes.

The order was filled wrong, I ordered XL and they sent me XL in big and tall and came as EG/TG. These shorts also were poorly made, the elastic is not anything like the original Russels that I previously bought. On top of that, they charged me a restocking fee and I also had to pay shipping both ways. So I paid $33.00 to try them on and send them back. Never again!

I wish shipping could be a little faster. Often times on the shipping options, you will have an option to pick "next day" or "two day" shipping and it is more than a week away. That may be because of other factors, but it can be frustrating.

I received one less item than I ordered. I also received 8 items of the wrong colors. I only ordered 22 items in total. I called to rectify the situation needing them to overnight and correct their mistake. Nope. They offered nothing. I had to take pictures of their screw up of 8 items. I had to email the pictures. Did they pay me for my time for their screw up, nope! I have to wait another week for my original order with no discount and they did not even offer me to keep the wrong shorts so my customer would have something to wear to their tournament this weekend. So, I am the one losing money, not Epic Sports. I have to offer something to my customer so that I will not lose their business. However, they are losing a customer. They did not even offer a discount or coupon for their error. NOTHING! Epic Sports Stinks.

The items are very nice and at a really good price. We ordered goalkeeper gloves and jersey. Just got them and haven't had a chance to use in a game yet, but fit is nice. Can't wait for game time!

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
