Ordered stirrups for a an all star baseball team. Order was late and was strapped for time. I called to check on items (guy was really nice) and was told that they hadn't received them yet that they were behind schedule. I told him I couldn't wait and asked if I could cancel my order. He said yes, and he would put a note in my file.
A couple of days passed, all the times arrived. I called to get a return approval and I had to pay shipping AND a restocking fee. I talked to JORDAN who was lacking customer service knowledge. Received and email back that basically said it was my fault... to bad you get to pay the fees. AND here I am.
In addition, items were cheap. Not impressed at all. Got much nicer ones for the same price at Baseball Express.

I ordered our girl's softball team bags for all-stars. The catcher's bag fell apart after two weeks. The first customer service rep gave us the run around, made us call the manufacturer, and said they could do nothing. When we asked to speak to his manager, he said "go ahead, he will tell you the same thing." Finally got a refund for the bag. Have now ordered another bag with expedited shipping... apparently this means two weeks to get the bag from the manufacturer and then 3 day shipping so our catcher will not have a bag for the remainder of the season. I asked for shipping to be paid for and was declined. How hard would it be to pay for expedited shipping for a replacement bag?!?!?!

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
