Placed an order on May 15 for hats that the website indicated were in stock, with estimated ship time of 2-3 business days. I added embroidery, and figured it would add another 7-10 days. Received an email the next day saying my package should arrive by May 31. Great. On May 29, received an email titled "Epic Sports Delivery Confirmation." Called on May 31 looking for a tracking number, was told product had not yet shipped -- there was a delay because item was not in stock, but they had now received the stock and production/shipping would be underway shortly. Called again June 11 and was told the product was never received from manufacturer and the customer service rep said he would call the production warehouse to get better insight and would call me back. On June 13, I still hadn't received a call, so I called back. This time I had them replace my hats with items that were definitely in stock and proceed with the order. Finally got an email with tracking number on June 19 and received the items three days later...20 days after the original estimate. Likely won't do business with Epic again.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
