I am happy with the prices. The pants are good quality too.
Only thing I can say was not perfect was that the box upon delivery was busted open at the side seam and two pairs of the pants preferred for our team had smudges on them from the shipping truck grime. I wish the pants were at least in a bag inside the box, but nothing was between the white fabric and the exposure from the box being abused in shipping.
Other than that I am very happy and plan to buy from this company again, in hopes that they will make this change.

Even arrived earlier than expected!
I purchased a jersey but received a youth medium instead of an adult medium, however it did come in a little earlier than expected and also I was able to contact customer service easily to resolve the problem. Glad that I got assistance with the issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon once I receive the product I have originally asked for.

I don't know if you actually read these comments and if so, if you follow up but this is the 3rd year in a row that I have received plagues with missing (or no name) plates. I literally have had to throw out plaques because they don't have the plate signifying what the award was. This year I received (4) more plagues with NO PLATES.
In the past, I have once returned trophies that I received with broken pieces.
I start camp next week and this is very very disappointing knowing I am short awards because of missing pieces.

Very happy with all aspects except the sizing variation within different types of shirts. I ordered Xl large of several different types, and some were slightly on the small side, some were perfect, and some were WAY to large. Prices are great, and I do understand these were clearance items and therefore not returnable or exchangeable, and I was willing to take the risk for the great prices. So overall I'm still satisfied and would probably order again, but just a little disappointed at the large variation in actual sizing for one labeled size. Would make it difficult to ever know what size to order in future as well.
I love the 11 inch fast pitch softballs. We use them during games and throw threw our pitch machine. They are holding up good

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
