I ordered several (Thousands) of dollars in orders and have not had any issues. On the last order I was short the all 12 blue medium football pants. The entire order and all the other pants came but the medium blue. I have had several emails and phone calls but everyone keeps telling me to look in the box again, they must be in the box. I don't have them, I have taking the time to weight the boxes and measured the size they clam they came in and I don't have the medium pants. I have asked for a refund, I asked them to be shipped and all I get is the run around. So i re-purchased them and paid 2nd day air to have them in time for our game tonight. This is the worse customer service ever. I have never had an issue before with anything. Over the years I think we have spend over 10k with epic. I'm the equipment board member and we order several size's and one of everything to show our kids and I have now pulled all the product that could be purchased from Epic off the table. Congrats on your Dirt Star for customer service.
Easy and quick delivery
This is my 2nd order with epic sports. The first order all items were correct-- just as pictured and described, but one top was not the one that I ordered and when I called to let you know they said without a photo of the top that was sent they could do nothing despite that I sent the exact description and item information. I was unable to take a photo as I have a cordless phone, not a phone that takes photos. My 2nd order everything was correct.

The products were exactly as described. The delivery time was good. The only suggestion I have is to be more accurate with the sizing for each brand. Some items from certain brands run a tad small. Although I had no issues with this particular order.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
