I have used Epic miany times in the past and have not had any issues with any product, and I have received my order well in advance of when I need it.

Product was not there when promised for delivery. We had a tryout and the baseball got here a day after the tryout.
The product was not true to size and upon calling to return I was told I had to pay shipping to return. We have the exact same brand pants in the exact same size from other suppliers with no problems. Paying shipping to return is just absurd when there is not store to try things on- I will never buy from epic sports again.
