Epic is a very easy website to navigate and the selection is fantastic.

Shipping was a little high but overall good

I requested some assistance with shiymy order back and they respond immediately

I was shipped different sizes from what I ordered which is causing a complete inconvenience to go through the return/exchange process causing a delay with the plans to distribute them to my daughters soccer team.

I felt that the shipping cost was quite high for the weight of the items we ordered, and for the time for delivery.

It took forever even though I paid for upgraded shipping. I do think you have the best prices though.

The softballs I purchased were in a bucket online and I was expecting to get a bucket as well. So when the order came in a box with no bucket I was confused.

The order process was simple and straightforward. Items were delivered on time based on the estimate and the price was lower than every other site offering the same exact product.

Like the fast shipping and ease of ordering. No hassle exchanges or returns.

Shopping through the site online was very easy and user friendly.

Ordered wristbands for a travel softball team. Found them on Epic Sports for a fraction of the price as anywhere else, even Amazon. Was skeptical about quality, but they work great. A+ transaction.

Shipping fees could be cheaper, along with faster processing and delivery dates. I ordered another pair of the same pants last Sunday and the delivery date is almost two weeks with standard shipping.
