Easy ordering
I received the wrong piping on the white men's pants and called about the wrong color. I was instructed to take photos which I did multiple times in different lightening but when I sent them of course they couldn't tell the difference. I order Grey with navy piping and white with navy piping. My white ones had black piping. When they told me they needed more pictures I sent one of the same ones blown up so when I looked at It you could see navy and black. I just want the white pants with navy piping. I said I would send the wrong pair back but would like for them to send me a shipping label so I don't have to pay sense they sent the wrong ones. I paid extra for shipping to get the ants in 2 days for my sons tournament but of course could t use the white pair. I would like my return shipping paid so I can send these back and epic send me the right pair 2 day at no charge to me
Question for Epic Sports. At checkout, why offer multiple shipping options (prices and days to ship) when you can't guarantee these shipping dates?
The shipping details are confusing. If you pay for 1 day shipping it may say you won't get the items until 10 days later. This required a call to customer service. I was told that some items come from 3rd party vendors and the shipping doesn't notate that epic has to wait for the items to get to them before the shipping you pay for kicks in.

My girls softball team loves the hot pink and black. The socks that epic has lets my team be unique and gives them a sock that lasts all season long. Had to pay to have them overnighted but they arrived just before our first game.
