2 email communication I received about 2 weeks after ordering (titled 'Status Update' regarding shipment and then 'Delivery Confirmation - Response Requested') were confusing. They both sounded as if I should have already received my order, but at that time, I had not. I followed the directions to contact Epic Sports 2 days later, if I did not receive my delivery, but my email was not answered. I did, though, subsequently receive my shipment, 3 days after that. The volleyballs we ordered were delivered a few days earlier than initially promised, so we were glad about that. Thank you for the delivery and great prices.

Delivery was one day after but was stated but it still worked out. I did let the representative know that if you ever offer a plain Volleyball that's a little bit cheaper I would definitely buy more but I will buy from you again in the future.
