The visors that arrived are a slightly different color from the sample that I had ordered previously. The sample had beentoy blue and the 70 that were shipped were navy. I accept the difference, but it should be noted.
I placed an order through their website on September 18,2018. I ordered 26 $3 shorts. After that, I got an email and several phone calls stating "please call us cause a portion of your order has been placed on hold." So I call the phone number listed and this lady asked me to verify my name and billing address and asked me why there is a different shipping address on the account." I explained to her that that's my business address, so that's the reason why. Then she's says "oh well, when I google the shipping address, it shows up as a residence." WHAT? I thought she was kidding. But here it gets interesting. She says, "could you please verify your name again." I tell her my name. And she says "Oh well when I GOOGLE the billing address, your name doesn't show up on the house." WHAT? Which business out here does that? This must be a small business or something cause this ish is redicoulous. And so unprofessional. You googled my name and just because it doesn't show up that means I don't live there? What if I'm just a tenant? Or just moved at the house? All this ish just for some $3 shorts? Are you kidding me. I'm done with this company.

I called twice to discuss color and pricing and it took a long time to reach someone so that was frustrating the wait time but the choice of sizes and pricing out weighed that issue.

Easy, quick! I was disappointed that one of the shirts size was significantly smaller (by manufacturer) than others. The size chart for A4 is not representative of their product.
Epic always has the best prices on the equipment I need for my family. The selection and personalization options are outstanding. I shop for sports wear and gear year round and Epic never fails to have what I need as a fraction of other local stores.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
