Add me to the long list of customers who get cheated by Epic... I bought a microfiber windshirt that cost $27 for product and shipping. The color of the jacket was significantly different from what was represented on the web site. I paid $11 shipping to return it... and Epic refunded $14. Customer Service daid they don't guarantee that they will ship what you order and making the customer pay to return misrepresented products "is our policy".
Be prepared to get ripped off if you buy anything from this outfit.

The pants are practically transparent, you can clearly see any underwear underneath. It is definitely not Epic's fault but mine for not researching the product more thoroughly.
I paid14 dollars for my first order and shipping was 15 dollars. I thought that was a bit much for shipping to cost more than item! I will look at that before I place another order with you!

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
