My sales rep was hard to get a hold of and not forthcoming with helping us with getting our stuff ordered on a timely basis. Every time I give them a PO and even fax it to him he put my order in hole sometimes for up to two days. I will never ever order from epic sports or do any business with them.
I was happy I could talk to customers service representatives and they walked me through the steps of ordering my new item in exchange for something I had to return. However the S/H fees were super high as well as the S/H fees for sending back my return items. It cost as much as the item.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
