The shipping estimates are wrong - if I order something on the 16th with 3-day shipping, it should come on the 19th, not estimated to arrive on the 24th. Also redo the survey to show all the questions at once, not adding one on when an answer is entered. Thanks,
The shoes I ordered were too small for my daughter. I wrote to the customer service number and without any acknowledgement or graciousness, I was informed 'no refunds/no exchanges'. There was no greeting or thank you...

I ordered these skirts for a dance piece (for Vassar College) where we already had 6 skirts but needed 4 more. They almost match... but not quite, so I thought I might return them, however, we realized that if we turn them inside out, the shine on the fabric doesn't show - so they will work, and we will keep them. They are adorable.

I love the quality of the Augusta Tshirts. However,when you order different things it takes much longer to come in. You guys need to correct that. It's very annoying.

My only problem was that I was missing a pair when I received my order. I called the next day and have been told it's been shipped.
I was very impressed with the selection. And the pricing was great!
I paid about $ 75.00 to have an expedite delivery by Wednesday but it was delivered Thursday late afternoon / evening, which delayed the start of embroidery.
I think I could have picked the cheaper delivery rate instead.
