My shopping experience was great the problem I had was the shipping rates. Your website states that items ship within 1-3 business days. When I got to checkout it appeared that I had to pay high shipping just to get it within 7 days.
The product was not packed it was wadded up in a plastic wrap too small and stuffed in a flexiable crushable mailer. Hard to think of a worse product packaging arrangement.
I was frustrated at the processing time for the order as I was within a 1 day shipping range but it still took 2 weeks for me to get my order. If this was due to y'all needing to order from Select it would make more sense, but simply leaving orders hanging in your warehouse until absolute deadlines for you to ship to meet ETA's seems like bad business.
